That's why every purchase is protected by our 14-Day Satisfaction Guarantee, giving you the opportunity to explore the platform, experience the learning environment, and decide whether it's the right fit for your journey towards becoming a qualified mortgage adviser.

 

We understand that choosing a training provider is an important decision. You deserve the confidence of knowing that if Courtiere doesn't meet your expectations, you're not locked into something that isn't right for you.

 

How the Guarantee Works

 

From the date of purchase, you'll have 14 calendar days to explore your course, access the learning materials, experience the platform, and engage with the Courtiere community.

 

If, during this period, you decide that Courtiere isn't the right fit for you, you can submit a refund request in writing via email or Slack.

 

Provided you meet the eligibility criteria outlined below, we'll process your refund with no unnecessary hurdles or complicated cancellation procedures.

 

Eligibility Requirements

 

To qualify for a refund under our Satisfaction Guarantee:

  •  

  • Your refund request must be submitted within 14 calendar days of your purchase date.

  • The request must be made in writing via email or Slack.

  • Less than 50% of the purchased learning content must have been accessed or completed.

  • Your account must remain in good standing and comply with our Terms of Service.

  • Refund requests submitted after the 14-day period or where 50% or more of the learning content has been accessed or completed will not be eligible under the Satisfaction Guarantee.

Haven't Had Time to Use the Platform?

 

Life happens.

 

If you contact us within your 14-day guarantee period and haven't yet had the opportunity to access or engage with any of the course content, we may offer to extend your Satisfaction Guarantee by an additional 14 days.

 

This gives you more time to properly evaluate the platform before deciding whether Courtiere is right for you.

 

The extension is entirely optional and does not affect your right to request a refund within the original guarantee period.

 

Help Us Improve

 

If you decide to request a refund, we'll ask for your honest feedback about your experience.

 

This may include feedback on:

 

  • The course content.

  • The onboarding experience.

  • Platform usability and user experience.

  • Learning resources and study tools.

  • Community support.

  • Areas where you felt the experience could be improved.

 

Providing feedback is not a condition of receiving a refund, but it helps us continually improve Courtiere for future learners and ensures we're delivering the best possible learning experience.

 

What Happens After Approval?

 

Once a refund has been approved:

 

  • Your refund will be returned to your original payment method.

  • Access to all Courtiere learning materials will be revoked.

  • Access to the Courtiere learner community and associated resources will be removed.

  • Any active enrolments and learner accounts may be deactivated.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 10 business days, although processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
