360Learning provides the learning management system (LMS) used to deliver course content, track progress, and manage learner accounts. Information such as your name, email address, enrolment details, and learning activity may be processed by 360Learning in order to provide the learning experience.

 

Zapier

 

Zapier is used to automate workflows and communications between systems. Information such as your name, email address, purchase status, and enrolment details may be processed for operational and marketing automation purposes.

 

Slack

 

Slack is used to provide access to the Courtiere learner community. Typically, only your email address is required to grant access to the platform. Any additional information, messages, profile details, or content you choose to share within Slack is submitted voluntarily by you and is not information that Courtiere specifically requires or requests.
